For each module of the VBS Solutions’ solution, training will be provided on a “Train the trainer” principle. This way of training ensures that after the initial training your personnel fully takes on further training of your staff.
Of course, our consultants (trainers) are available to them during the whole time of preparation of the event and especially during the event.

The main purpose of the Accreditation module is to support the participants’ registration processes and ultimately the issuance of accreditations in the form of printed passes (badges). A printed pass, carried by a participant during the event, would display the selected set of the participant’s personal data and the set of rights granted to the participant during accreditation. For example, athletes in a sporting competition would be allowed to access playgrounds, while journalists would not.
The main features of the accreditation module are generality and configurability: the ability to easily customize a generic system for each particular size and kind of event, so that the accreditation process can be adapted to the particular needs of the event.

The Workforce & Volunteers management application module addresses all areas of workforce (staff), volunteers planning and staff tracking together with all aspects of planning and tracking of all staff work assignments.
In addition to these application areas, the Workforce management application module handles all aspects of applications and registrations of workforce and volunteers. Registration of workforce and volunteers is possible over the Internet and persons applying for a job could upload photos, enter all their personal data as well as their profile and skills.
Closely related to this feature is the possibility of searching all applications for specific profiles needed by event organizer.

Asset and material management module is used for asset tracking and inventory monitoring. It includes:
- Reporting on the state of stock

OVR & TV Graphics
In any organization of sport events, great attention is paid to the Timing and Scoring system. Because VBS Solutions’ main field of interest is sporting events, we paid special attention to this area. In most cases, parts of this system are:
