Accreditation
The main purpose of the Accreditation module is to support the participants’ registration processes and ultimately the issuance of accreditations in the form of printed passes (badges). A printed pass, carried by a participant during the event, would display the selected set of the participant’s personal data and the set of rights granted to the participant during accreditation. For example, athletes in a sporting competition would be allowed to access playgrounds, while journalists would not.
The main features of the accreditation module are generality and configurability: the ability to easily customize a generic system for each particular size and kind of event, so that the accreditation process can be adapted to the particular needs of the event.
Volunteers Management
The Workforce & Volunteers management module provides comprehensive support for planning, organizing, and monitoring all personnel involved in an event — including both staff and volunteers.
It handles the full lifecycle of applications and registrations. Through an online portal, applicants can submit their personal details, upload a photo, and provide information about their skills and experience. This allows organizers to efficiently review and search applications based on specific profiles or roles needed for the event.
Beyond registration, the module enables effective management of work assignments, shift scheduling, and real-time tracking of personnel during the event. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to allocate responsibilities and ensure coverage across all operational areas.
This module is closely integrated with other VBS Solutions modules, such as accreditation and uniform management, providing seamless data sharing for badge issuance and uniform sizing.
It also includes a budgeting component, allowing organizers to manage salary allocations and monitor overall workforce-related costs with accuracy and transparency.
Equipment Management
Asset and material management module is used for asset tracking and inventory monitoring. It includes:
- Reporting on the state of stock
- Registering input and output before, during and after the event
- Managing location, quantity and the person in possession of the asset
OVR & TV Graphics
In any organization of sport events, great attention is paid to the Timing and Scoring system. Because VBS Solutions’ main field of interest is sporting events, we paid special attention to this area. In most cases, parts of this system are:
